Hey friends! Anyone else feel like this week has been extra long? No, just me? Ok then. Even my hot pink blazer isn't helping me deal with the fact that it's still cold (45 degrees this am? UGH) and dreary and windy and almost freakin May. I was looking back at a tweet from February saying it was 60. This is not okay. And I'm ready for vacation. My head is there and I'm having trouble concentrating on anything else right now! I may even pack this weekend, because obviously I won't be needing my summery clothes here. Sigh. Hopefully tonight's game night with friends will help bring me out of my funk. Anyway- onward with this week's favorites!

Favorite Purchase: I haven't been able to get this mask out of my head since Steph's friend Jill mentioned it last month. I used it on Wednesday and it made my skin so soft and I couldn't stop touching my face afterwards. They gave me a sample of "Rub Rub Rub" body exfoliator and it smells so fresh and isn't too abrasive. The spray gave my hair some extra bounce and held my waves well.
Favorite Moment: A quiet night at home on Wednesday trying out my new my beauty stuffs and snuggling under a blanket with a new-to-me book. This book has been pulling me out of my reading rut. So far, it's a cute story. #readmybooks
Favorite Snail Mail: I *finally* qualified for one of Influenster's Vox Boxes! Can't wait to try out my new goodies this weekend!

Yay Lush!!! I love Calvin Harris, obviously. That garlic bread looks amazing. It's gonna be May always makes me laugh as well. And the grandmother funny and the center of the universe makes me laugh so hard. Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteI can't even talk about the weather, I'm so...I dunno. Like, I wanna be mad, but there's no one to be mad at and no one to fix the thing I'm mad about so I kind of feel like I'm just sad about the weather. Which is a weird thing to say.
Also, I feel like it was just yesterday that the Justin May meme was going around for LAST year, so holy crap time flies.
That JT meme will NEVER get old. I remember I started my blog this time last year and I posted it!!! I totally forgot about it this year though. Made my day! Also I want those cheesy breadsticks more than anything right now.
