(1) Walk or bike ride? Walk. I don't own a bike. I actually don't even remember the last time I rode a bike.
(2) Favorite picnic food? Potato or macaroni salad.
(3) Pool or lake? Pool. I haven't been to a lake in ages, but either way, I'm not going in!
(4) Favorite flavor of ice cream? Chocolate chip mint, but it HAS to be green!
(5) Ice cream cone or in a dish? A cone in a dish (but not the waffle cups- they get soggy). I'm a slow eater though so I need the cup because it always melts too quickly!
(6) Flip flops or slides? Flip flops.
(7) Jean shorts or jean capris? Neither? I just got rid of all of my denim cutoffs; I prefer non-denim (like khaki or linen) for shorts and capris in summer.
(8) Favorite summer fruit? Strawberries
(9) Corn on the cob or cut off the cob? Off the cob- I hate getting it stuck in my teeth! Bonus if it's Mexican street corn!
(10) Favorite summertime song? If I Can Go- Angie Martinez. it's so old, but so good!
(11) Favorite summertime activity? Reading on the beach, deck beers, outdoor concerts, and BBQs.
(12) Favorite berry? I don't discriminate! I like strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
(13) Bikinis, tankinis or one pieces? Bikinis! I don't like having to basically get nekkid to go to the bathroom in a one-piece.
(14) Dresses or skirts? Dresses- less matching!
(15) One word to describe summer? Rejuvenation! I always feel like I come back to life in summer.

Wanting/Wishlisting: These cute and comfy looking Bearpaw Gia sandals.
Buying: I just purchased The President Is Missing by James Patterson and Bill Clinton for Blue and Slug Bread and Beheaded Thistles: Amusing and Useful Techniques for Nontoxic Housekeeping and Gardening by Ellen Sandbeck for a friend's birthday. I also finally went to the "new" Nordstrom Rack in town and picked up navy flats, a cute floral summer blouse and a throw pillow.
Traveling: to a friend's wedding in Key West at the end of the month!
Grilling: I don't have a grill, but Blue is making London broil on Sunday.
Exploring: the Pop Sugar Play/Ground on Saturday. It's supposed to be a fun-filled day filled with special guests and speakers/panels, live DJ and performances, and food trucks and cocktails. I've never gone before but excited to check it out!
Playing: Hooky! I have to take a few days off from work before I lose them on June 30th. I decided to take every Monday off since I hate Mondays!
Planting: My bottom on my deck!

Ahhh that song!!! I saw the title and I was like wait..is that what I think it is? It is indeed! I love that song! I am all about some cold salad foods. Potato, pasta, macaroni, broccoli...yum! PopSugar event sounds like tons of fun.
